Please read the information below for our full return and exchange policy.

We accept exchanges and returns for products up to 30 days from when it is shipped out. We know life gets busy and it's easy to let those 30 days slip by... Please try on your new Blueseventy gear as soon as possible upon receiving to confirm the fit and comfort.

Return Policy Information

ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN NOV 15TH & DEC 31ST WILL BE GRANTED A RETURN WINDOW THROUGH THE END OF JANUARY TO ACCOMODATE ALL GIFT PURCHASES.

At Blueseventy we take pride in producing the world’s best swimming products, and we stand behind our materials and manufacturing processes. We are committed to delivering products free of defects and of the highest quality.

"Free Returns" Coverage

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new items. In order to mitigate the growing costs of operations and returns, we're offering a new model for returns. At checkout you can opt in to returns coverage for a nominal fee of $2.98. This coverage allows you to exchange or return your items for store credit or refund at no additional cost to you. 

Previously returns would cost the return label fee of up to $10. We're hoping this new system will benefit our customers with a lower return cost so that you can quickly and easily get the right items when your original order does not work out.

This coverage is completely optional. If you decide to opt-out at checkout, you can still return or exchange your items, however you will be responsible for the return label cost. 

When you drop your package off for a return or exchange, please make sure you receive (and keep!) a confirmation receipt from the drop off location. We can not be responsible for packages returning to Blueseventy without this confirmation.

  • Exchanges ship out USPS or FedEx.
  • Please send your items back quickly after submitting an exchange. If you wait between submitting an exchange and sending your product back there is a chance the item could go out of stock before the exchange is processed. 
  • Items returned outside of our portal or without contacting us first may be charged a 10% restocking fee. 
  • All items must be returned clean and dry. If you try your item in the water, please make sure to thoroughly rinse it and allow it to dry fully before packaging to ship back. Items returned wet, dirty or damaged are subject to a restocking fee determined on a case by case basis.
  • Warranty claims are handled separately - email us at us@blueseventy.com.
  • Orders placed during an Outlet sale cannot be exchanged through our portal, please email us at us@blueseventy.com.
  • International Orders cannot be returned through the portal, please email us to initiate a return, please note international customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees on returned items.

Wetsuits

Take it for a Swim! (This won't affect your ability to get a refund).

Wetsuits should have a snug fit when on dry land; they typically feel more comfortable in the water. If your suit feels a bit tight, we encourage you to take a practice swim and see how it feels. Make sure to review our Wetsuit Fit Tips to ensure you have the suit on completely and adjusted well for optimal fit and comfort. 

Wetsuits are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from when it ships. 

Please DO NOT modify the suit (ie trimming the legs or arms or writing your info inside the suit) until you are 100% sure you will not be exchanging or returning. Suits must be in like new conditions, without damage or modifications.

Please keep and return any accessories (mesh bag), and tags that came with the wetsuit, even if removed for a trial swim.

Wetsuits not returned in dry, clean, undamaged condition or without any included accessories (such as the mesh bag) may be subject to a restocking fee determined on a case by case basis. 

Competition Swim / Tech Suits

Due to the delicate nature of competition suits - our returns policy is very specific. Please contact us to get assistance with sizing to help get the best race-fit the prior to purchasing.

Competition Swim Exchanges:

We want to ensure that you are in the correct fitting suit for you - if your suit doesn't fit correctly, we'll get you in the right size.

Competition suits are eligible for exchanges within 30 days from the day they ship. Please do not wait until your meet to try on the suit!!

Competition Swim Returns:

We want you to be satisfied with your Blueseventy suit, but if it does not work for you, it can be returned for a full store credit, or a refund to your original payment method as long as it has not been swam in.

Suits that have been swam in are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit or be exchanged.

Apparel, Accessories, & Equipment 

Tri Apparel, Accessories, Goggles, Practice Swimwear and Bags are all eligible for exchange or return with 30 days from the day they ship. Please remember to try on or check your item right away so that those 30 days don't accidentally slip by!

Please return items with all packaging in like new condition. If items are received that show obvious signs of use or damage your return may be rejected. 

Practice Swimwear: Please do not remove the tags or hygienic liner (women's) from swimwear items until you are sure you will be keeping the item. We cannot accept returns of practice swimwear that no longer have the tags or liner in place. 

 

International Orders / Returns:

Items shipped outside the USA are eligible for return. Please contact us by emailing us@blueseventy.com to get a return authorization and return address. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, we cannot send return labels for international orders.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in returnable condition we will issue a refund for the product less any shipping charges paid. We cannot process International exchanges at this time, if you would like to exchange you will need to simply place a new order for the item you want to purchase.

International Warranty requests are handled for items purchased through Blueseventy USA. If you purchased your item overseas, please contact the distributor for your region if you experience an issue. All warranty claims will be evaluated and handled on a case by case basis. Blueseventy reserves the right decide if an item is eligible for return, replacement or a purchase credit. Please contact us for all warranty issues.
