PEAK Teams Swimwear Exchange Policy

New for 2024 we're piloting an exchange program for all Peak Athletic Collective managed teams. This program is designed to help alleviate sizing concerns when ordering custom gear. Please read through the following prior to placing your order to ensure you understand how this will work. 

This exchange policy applies ONLY to custom swimwear for PAC teams for shipments within the United States. 

Previously these items were sold as final sale, and no returns or exchanges were allowed. This year you will have the option to exchange your item for a different size, or different style swimwear. There are no other returns or refunds allowed on the custom swimwear. 

Once the team swimwear ships, we will allow a three week period for exchange requests. If we receive the size suit you are requesting to exchange back, your exchange order will be processed immediately. If we do not have stock to process your exchange, then your order will be held until the exchange period ends. After that we will place a new order for all outstanding exchange items which will have an 8 week lead time for production and shipping. 

Exchange program rules & requirements: 

  • All swimwear must be in new condition.
  • All tags must still be in place.
  • It cannot have been swam in, only tried on. 
  • Exchanges will only be accepted during the exchange period. 

Please note exchanges are limited to the custom swimwear for your team. You cannot request an exchange for any of Blueseventy's inline swimwear range or a different Blueseventy product. 

How it works: 

To request an exchange of your item, please email us@blueseventy.com.

In the email please include: 

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Item & Size you purchased
  • Item & Size you want to receive in the exchange. 

We will send you an invoice for the exchange shipping of $10 which covers both your return shipping and shipping on the new exchange order. Once that is paid, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Please send your swimwear back as soon as possible. If the items are not shipped within the exchange period time frame, we will void the label and refund the exchange fee. 

Note on REDO Coverage:

Redo Return Coverage is available for all non-custom Blueseventy items. If you are ordering any other items with your custom swimwear you will see the option to opt into Redo Return Coverage. Please keep in mind that the Redo coverage DOES NOT apply to the custom items. If you need to exchange a custom swimsuit, you will need to go through the process outlined above.
